TCM Online Digonosis
Your initial online diagnosisi may involve analyses according your complain. The methods could be used are: Photo analyses, your explaination and standard Questionnaire in terms of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) diagnosis process. Specified questions / photos may further required. Until the case is clear then the TCM diagnosis and treatment plan will be emailed to you. To be awear that each section may allowing 3 times email comunications. A follow up one conversation within the first week is free which has including in the price.
Phone Consultation
Clients may like to make phone call conversation instead email explanations. Soon the clinic received your payment, a time will be arranged with you as your phone number, payment receipt and perfered time frame emailed to the clinic. In this first email, you may also like to send over your photos as reference. A section will including your first email and one phone consultation of 20 minutes. A free phone call within one week follow up of 5 minutes also included in the price.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Due to the nature of online Consultation, there is no physical product involved. Therefore "refund" is impossible. Just to remide our customers to be responsible to their purchasing decision making.
Online services are upfront payment with your appointment set. If we cannot provide such service, you will get the consultation fee refunded. If you are changed your mind, half cost may refund. However, you can change your appointment 24hrs ahead, your credit will be valid for 4 weeks. There is no refund will be given for if you are disagreed with the clinic diagnosis.
Payment is required before your case discussions.
